On June 03, 2024, the General Secretary of the United National Party, Range Bandara, held a media briefing at Sirikotha, the party headquarters, regarding the proposed postponement of the presidential and general elections by two years. This infographic illustrates how Swarnavahini, Derana, Sirasa, Siyatha, Hiru, ITN and Rupavahini television channels reported the key points from the briefing in their prime-time Sinhala news bulletins on the same day.
