Abstract

On 30 March 2020, P.B. Jayasundara, Secretary to the President, instructed S.R. Attygalle, Secretary to the Treasury, to submit the documents and materials specified in the letter when requesting authorisation under the Foreign Loan Act No. 29 of 1957 (as amended).
