Abstract

This is the reply dated 5 November 2020 from W.D. Lakshman, Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, to the letter from Deputy Secretary to the Treasury, Mr. R.M.P. Ratnayake, dated 13 October 2020, regarding the proposal to explore non-conventional International Sovereign Bonds (ISBs).
