Government Borrowing Programme for the Period from September to December 2020

Abstract

This letter, dated 24 September 2020, from W.D. Lakshman, Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, to S.R. Attygalle, Secretary to the Treasury, conveys the Monetary Board’s recommendations to the General Treasury, Ministry of Finance regarding the government borrowing programme for September to December 2020.
