Issuance of Government Securities

Abstract

This correspondence, dated 30 April 2020 from S.A. Amarasekara, Secretary to the Cabinet of Ministers, informs W.D. Lakshman, Governor and Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka of the decision and policy on issuing government securities. It also encloses the cabinet memorandum dated 29 April 2020 from Mahinda Rajapakse, Minister of Finance, Economy and Policy Development, and a communication from S.R. Atyygalle, Secretary to the Treasury.
