Correspondence with the IMF Regarding the Fund Programme

Abstract

P.B. Jayasundara, Secretary to the President of Sri Lanka, sent this reply to Chang Yong Rhee, Director of the Asia and Pacific Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), following their recent call and discussion regarding the fund programme to address the crisis.
