On July 23, 2024, the Aruna newspaper reported the launch of the book “Buddhist Counselling on Becoming Wealthy”, held under the patronage of Mawbima Janatha Party leader Dilith Jayaweera, along with his remarks at the event. However, the Mawbima, Dinamina, Lankadeepa, Ada, and Divaina newspapers did not cover the story.
