Rationalization of the Prevailing Mechanism on Engaging with Investors, Lending Agencies, Foreign Organizations and Missions

Abstract

The circular (Circular No. PS/SP/SB/Circular/06/2019) issued by PB Jayasundara, Secretary to the President, on 19 December 2019, directs all Ministry Secretaries to strictly follow the best practices outlined when dealing with investors, lending agencies, foreign organisations, and missions.
