Abstract
On October 7, Sinhala newspapers reported the passing of the resolution on Sri Lanka at the 51st session of UNHRC. Mawbima, Lankadeepa, Dinamina, Aruna and Divaina referred to it as the Geneva resolution against Sri Lanka while only Ada referred to it as the Geneva resolution on Sri Lanka.
