Abstract

On 11 September 2022, Sunday Mawbima published an article which contained the ethical violation of revealing the identity of a suspect when reporting on a student suspected of hacking into a website with A/L examination results. On the hand, Sathi Aga Aruna and Sunday Divaina reported of the same incident on the same day without revealing the suspect’s identity, thereby displaying ethical reporting.
