Abstract
In the month of June 2018, Divaina, Lankadeepa and Mawbima published several articles using the derogatory term "දුෂණය" (Dooshanaya) to describe sexual violence. On 17 June Lakbima published an article which contained the profession of the victim when it is not relevant to the news.
