Abstract

Article published in Sunday Divaina on 6 May 2018, distorted the statement made by TNA MP Sumanthiran about the temples in the North and East. The official statement issued by the TNA stated that the published news is completely inaccurate. However, Sunday Divaina did not apologise or published the correct statement which is a violation of media ethical guidelines.
