In the month of February 2022, Lankadeepa, Aruna, Mawbima and Dinamina reported on a sexual crime against a German woman, where the crime was named as "duushanaya". It is a deorgatory term used to describe sexual crime, as it leads to survivors of sexual crimes being discriminated in society.
