    Abstract
    This infographic series provides updates on key parliamentary business during sitting days. In June 2026, Parliament met from the 23rd to the 26th. On 23 June, the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill was debated and approved, while the Online Safety (Repeal) Bill was referred to the Legislative Standing Committee after its second reading. Two orders under the Special Commodity Levy Act and regulations under the Imports and Exports (Control) were also approved. On 24 June, the National Environmental (Amendment) Bill was passed with amendments. On 25 June, Parliament debated Combating the Drug Menace in Sri Lanka. On 26 June, it debated and approved an Order under the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 36 of 2024, and continued the adjournment debate on Combating the Drug Menace.
