    Abstract
    On 17 February 2026, Sri Lanka repealed the Parliamentary Pensions Law, No. 1 of 1977 through the Parliamentary Pensions (Repeal) Act No. 5 of 2026. This set of infographics describes what this means for the pensions of past, current, and future MPs and how MPs voted on it in Parliament.
