dc.description.abstract	This infographic presents the airtime each Sinhala television channel allocated on 4th 2024 to reporting Dilith Jayaweera's election as the Sarvajana Balaya Political Alliance presidential candidate, as well as to his speech on that occasion. TV Derana allocated more airtime to the news and to his speech than Siyatha, Swarnawahini, ITN, Sirasa, and Rupavahini, while Hiru TV did not cover it at all.
