    Abstract
The presentations used by Verité Research at two parliamentary engagement workshops for Civil Society Organizations provide a comprehensive overview of key topics. These include why and how to engage with parliament, the structure of parliament sittings, and an understanding of the agenda for each session. Additionally, they cover essential tools for engaging with parliament through MPs, such as methods for asking questions, bringing attention to issues, and advocating for reform. The materials also highlight the importance of engaging through parliamentary committees, including Special Purpose Committees, Sectoral Oversight Committees, and Caucuses. These committees offer specific avenues for civil society organizations to participate and influence the legislative process.
