    Abstract
    TRUE: Especially, tax revenue increased by LKR 1,700 Bn in the first six months of 2024. That is a growth of 42.6%. We have been able to achieve a growth of 44.7% of the annual estimate. Also, non-tax revenue has increased by 30.4%. A target of 52.7% of the annual estimate has been reached. Madhura Withanage, Parliament, 7 August 2024
