Abstract

PARTLY TRUE: If [the president] has a dream, there should be a systematic plan to turn that dream into reality. He presented a budget in 2023 to this country’s parliament. It turned into a false statement where 94% of that budget could not be fulfilled. Rohana Bandara, Parliament, 21 February 2024
