Abstract

This analytical infographic provides information about how the composition of ministries in Sri Lanka has changed from 2010 to 2023. According to the data on this infographic the composition of ministries was changed 111 times during the tenures of former presidents Mahinda Rajapaksa, Maithreepala Sirisena, Gotabaya Rajapaksa and the current president Ranil Wickremesinghe. The frequency of composition changes per year was 1.8, 5.6, 17.7 and 21 under the 4 presidents respectively. It reflects that an average of 7.4 composition changes every year across the last 4 tenures and the changes have become more frequent with each tenure.
