Abstract
This infographic provides insight into the legislative process in parliament, discussing the types of government bills presented to parliament, including how these bills undergo the first, second and third reading. The final reading is usually considered after the bill is referred to the Committee of the whole parliament. Once the Speaker signs the bill, it becomes an official act.
