Interim Budget or Secret Budget?

Abstract

The Ministry of Defense was specified as an implementing agency for two reasons. 1) to establish STEM focused branch campuses. STEM refers to approach of learning that integrates the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. 2) to eliminate corruption through the means of technology infused systems. The infographics depict "passing the ball" which show that an original RTI filed with the National Budget Department (NBD) was transferred to the Ministry of Defence then to the Ministry of Finance and then back to the NBD.
