Central Bank of Sri Lanka Bill - Voting - Second Reading

Abstract

On July 20, 2023, the second reading of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Bill was passed with a simple majority. The following compilation of infographics reflects the list of MPs that voted in favour, against and MPs who were absent during the vote. 66 votes were cast in favour of the bill, while 24 votes were cast against it and 134 MPs were absent.
