    Abstract
    This report card shows the contribution of MP Johnston Fernando (SLPP) in 8th and 9th parliaments. It is based on analysis of Hansard data from September 2015 to March 2020 (8th) and August 2020 to February 2022 (9th). This includes attendance in parliament sittings (153/414; 138/142), total number of productive interventions he made in parliament (8th - 65; 9th -708) and topics which were discussed most by him in the parliament i.e. Trade and Industry, Labour and Employment, National Heritage, Media and Sports, Urban Planning, Infrastructure and Transportation, Economy and Finance and Governance, Administration and Parliamentary Affairs.
