Parliamentary report card: Lohan Ratwatte – September 2015 to March 2020 and August 2020 to July 2021

Abstract

This report card shows the contribution of MP Lohan Ratwatte (SLPP) in 8th and 9th parliaments. It is based on analysis of Hansard data from September 2015 to March 2020 (8th) and August 2020 to July 2021 (9th). This includes attendance in parliament sittings (164/414; 59/86), total number of productive interventions he made in parliament (8th - 5; 9th - 21) and topics which were discussed most by him in the parliament i.e. Justice, Defense and Public Order, Trade and Industry, Governance, Administration and Parliamentary Affairs, Urban Planning, Infrastructure and Transportation and Economy and Finance.
