    Abstract
In the month of June 2022, the following media ethics violations took place in relation to women discrimination. In the month of June 2022, an article published in Dinamina newspaper highlighted the gender of a suspect of fraud as a female in the headline with the silhouette of a woman. However, the sister paper of Dinamina, Daily News reported the same news without highlighting the gender of the suspect. In the month of June 2022, both the newspapers Divaina and Aruna highlighted women when the offense was committed by both male and female suspects. In the month of June 2022, Aruna newspaper reported that women were having affairs in the fuel queue and blamed the act on females rather than the males involved in the act as well.
