Included here is the loan agreement of Hambantota Hub Development Project between the EXIM Bank of China and Government of Sri Lanka dated 2014.09.16 - China EximBank GCL No. (2014) 17 Total No. (520). The project was executed by Ministry of Highways and implemented by the Road Development Authority (RDA). The funder for this project was the EXIM Bank of China and the contractor was China State Construction Corporation.
