Included here is the loan agreement of Hambantota International Airport, Mattala between the EXIM Bank of China and Government of Sri Lanka dated 2010.03.05 - China EximBank GCL No. (2010) 17 Total No. (314). The project was executed by Ministry of Transport and implemented by the Sri Lanka Airport and Aviation Services. The funder for this project was the EXIM Bank of China and the contractor was China Harbour Engineering Company.
