Abstract
This infographic shows the Discussion about Provincial Councils and the top 5 MPs (i.e. Faizer Musthapha, Dullas Alahapperuma, Anura Kumara Dissanayaka, Chaminda Wijesiri, Vijitha Herath) who have contributed on the topic in the 8th Parliament. In 2015, Sri Lanka co-sponsored United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) Resolution 30/1 and committed to a range of measures on human rights, accountability and reconciliation. Sri Lanka’s progress in fulfilling commitments under Resolution 30/1 will be discussed on 20 March 2019 at the 40th session of the UNHRC.
