Abstract

On 20th Septemeber 2020, sathi aga aruna (weekend newspaper) published news with numbers depicting the import revenue during the time of pandemic and comparing it with the revenue generated by the previous government. Their numbers and interpretation were not accurate and was misleading the readers which are against the media ethics the press should follow.
