    Abstract
An analysis of the the questions by private notice facility in Parliament by the manthri.lk team reveals some striking results. The period analysed was September 2015-March 2019. (A question by private notice is a parliamentary question raised following notice given privately to the speaker and the minister concerned when urgency on matters of public importance or the arrangement of business prevents scheduling on the order paper.)
