dc.description.abstractOn April 22, 2019, then President Maithripala Sirisena appointed three member Special Investigation Board to conduct investigations into the Easter Sunday attacks on 21 April 2019. Justice Vijith Malalgoda headed the investigation board and former ministerial secretary Padmasiri Jayamanne and former police chief N.K. Ilangakoon were the other members. The Board submitted its final report to the President Sirisena on 10 June 2019 but it was not made public.en_US
