These included the President's Budget speech on 13 November, the passage of the 2nd reading of the Appropriation Bill on 21 November, commencement of the committee stage debates (CSD) on 22 November and finally the conclusion of CSD and the passage of the 3rd reading of the Appropriation Bill on 13 December.
