| dc.description.abstract | Manthri.lk sent out three email campaigns from 27 October to 7 November 2023 with read tracking, to check how many MPs open their emails. 176/225 emails bounced which indicates that either their inboxes were full, or their official emails weren't working. It was also found that out of the 49 emails that were delivered, only 37 MPs opened at least one email while 188 MPs (84% of parliament) did not even open even one email. | en_US |
