Included here is the contract agreement of the Green Power Development and Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program dated 2018.07.04 - CEB/AGM/TR/2016/ICB/GPDEEIIP2-1A. The project was executed by Ministry of Finance and implemented by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB). The funder for this project was the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the contractors were Chint Electric Company Limited, China National Cable Engineering Corporation, Siemens Limited, KEC International Limited, Hyosung Heavy Industries Corporation and ABB India Limited.
