This briefing note contains an updated analysis of progress since June 2016.Overall Status of Implementation is as follows. Poor progress has been achieved with respect to half of commitments contained in Resolution 30/1. Only five commitments have been fully implemented thus far. Meanwhile, very limited progress has been achieved since in June 2016. In the past eight months, five commitments progressed from poor to partial fulfillment. There was no change in the number of those that were fully implemented.
