The Act aims to provide citizens’ with access to government information, to increase their participation in the public sphere and create a culture of transparency and accountability in the day-to-day operations of government agencies. This manual explains what the Right to Information Act is and describes how citizens can use its provisions to gain access to information from government agencies.en_US
