This report assesses and ranks the online proactive disclosure of information by 32 Cabinet Ministries and the Offices of the President and Prime Minister, under the RTI Act and Regulation No. 20 thereunder. Its aim is to measure how effectively public authorities disclose information online, using a methodology developed by Verité Research and the World Bank. The study evaluates 30 categories across 11 information themes and scores each authority on content disclosure, usability, and overall performance. Building on assessments conducted since 2017, the 2024 assessment highlights both improvements and gaps in transparency and accessibility.
