Sri Lankan MPs Stand for Palestine

Abstract

This infographic was created as a response to the news that a group of Sri Lankan MPs handed over a letter to the UN office in Sri Lanka appealing to the UN Secretary General to take necessary actions to stop on-going aggression against the civilians in Palestine. Significantly, while media reported that 159 MPs were signed the letter, manthri.lk recognized that only 145 unique signatures were submitted. Additionally, this infographic shows the party breakdown of MPs who signed the above- mentioned letter.
