Abstract
On October 17, 2022 Sinhala Primetime news telecasts reported on Sri Lanka being ranked 64th out of 121 countries in the 2022 Global Hunger Index. Siyatha, Sirasa, Hiru and Swarnavahini reported this news while Rupavahini, ITN and Derana did not report it.
