Abstract
Included here is the loan agreement related to the New Bridge Construction over Kelani River dated 2014.03.28 - No. SL-P111. The project was executed by Ministry of Highways and implemented by the Road Development Authority (RDA). The funder for this project was the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The contractors in package 01 consist of the JMT joint venture and package 02 consist of SMCC, Sanken joint venture.
